After dispatch we send you a tracking link on WhatsApp. If you cannot find it, message us with your order number.
How tracking works

Order confirmed
We confirm your size and address with you on WhatsApp.

Dispatched
We ship Monday to Saturday and send your tracking link on WhatsApp.

On the way
Use the link to see where your parcel is. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 days.

Delivered
The rider calls before delivery. Keep your phone on and cash ready.
When you message us
- Send your order number, or the phone number you ordered with.
- We reply with your parcel's status during working hours.
