Return unworn, unwashed pieces with tags on within 7 days of delivery.
Free size exchange
If your size is in stock we exchange it for free, and we pay delivery both ways.
Wrong or damaged? Fixed
Send a photo within 7 days. We replace the piece or refund you in full.
How to return or exchange
Message us
Send your order number on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery. For damage, add a clear photo.
We confirm
We check your request and tell you how to send the piece back.
Send it back
Pack the piece with the tags on. We guide you on delivery.
Exchange or refund
We send the new size, or refund you once we receive the piece.
Refunds
Refunds go to your bank account, JazzCash or Easypaisa within 3 to 5 working days after we receive the piece. Tell us which one you prefer when you message us.
What we cannot accept
- Pieces that have been worn, washed or altered.
- Pieces without their tags.
- Requests made more than 7 days after delivery.
