Ordering and payment
Do I have to pay in advance?
No. You pay in cash to the rider when the parcel arrives. There is no advance payment and no card needed.
How do I place an order?
Open the piece you like, choose your size and place the order with the cash on delivery form. We then confirm your size and address with you on WhatsApp before we dispatch.
Why do you message me on WhatsApp?
To check your size and address before dispatch. It avoids wrong sizes and failed deliveries.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, before it is dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will cancel it.
Can I order more than one piece?
Yes. Add as many pieces as you like to the same order.
Delivery
Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
Yes, we deliver to every city and town that our courier reaches.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 3 to 5 days after dispatch. You get a tracking link on WhatsApp when your parcel ships.
Is delivery free?
Yes. Delivery is completely free on every order, anywhere in Pakistan.
Sizes and fit
How do I find my size?
Use the "Find your size" tool on the product page, or check the Size guide. Enter your height and weight and it suggests a size.
Do sweaters fit differently from jerseys?
Sweaters are cut slightly roomy. Take your usual size, or go one size down for a fitted look. Jerseys are cut regular.
My size is sold out. What now?
Tap "Notify me" on the product page and we will message you on WhatsApp if it comes back. Each design is a limited batch, so restocks are not planned.
Returns and exchange
What is your return policy?
You can return unworn, unwashed pieces with tags on within 7 days of delivery. See the Returns and exchange page for the steps.
What if I get the wrong size?
We exchange it for free if your size is in stock, and we pay delivery both ways.
What if the piece is damaged or wrong?
Send us a photo within 7 days. We replace it or refund you in full.
How do refunds work?
Refunds go to your bank account, JazzCash or Easypaisa within 3 to 5 working days after we receive the piece.
Products and care
How do I wash my sweater or jersey?
Machine wash cold and dry flat. This keeps the shape and the colour.
Will you restock a design that sold out?
No. Every design is a limited batch. Once it sells out, it is gone.
